Return & Exchange Policy

- All sales are final at Rasm. Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

- We DO NOT offer returns/refunds.

- Only size exchanges are possible, also we leave enough margins for alterations.

- Please note that exchanges are accepted only within 3 days from the date of delivery.

- In case your parcel shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please let us know within 24hrs, after that we won’t be able to escalate the issue to the shipping partner.

-Please note: We do not offer exchanges for plus sizes (sizes above XXL). This policy helps us reduce wastage and maintain the exclusivity of our pieces. Adequate margins are provided to allow for alterations if needed.

- If you have received a wrong/defective item, please send us pictures within 24 hours of receiving the product, we will provide an exchange. Make sure all tags are intact.

-Please note that all sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.

We kindly ask customers to double-check the size, print, and other details before placing their order, as sale purchases are non-exchangeable.

EXCHANGE PROCESS.

Customers may request a size exchange for eligible products.
An exchange fee ranging from ₹149 to ₹249 will be charged. The exact amount depends on your pincode and the serviceability of your area.
Once the exchange is confirmed, pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days.
All exchanged items must be unused, with tags intact, and returned in original packaging.
If the requested product is out of stock, you will be asked to choose an alternative item of equal or higher value for the exchange.
